I'd be one of those 3.0'ers except for the fact that I'm a bit neurotic about grades. I don't see the relevance of learning history especially in today's world where technological advancement happens at a pace 1000s of times faster than 50 years ago. The increase in pace pushes history further away from relevance. If anything history classes should teach happenings in the last decade since these events effect current events.
